Trainee Manager: €30,000- €40,000

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Manager. This is a unique opportunity to dive into the heart of our business, gaining exposure to every facet of our operations, with the ultimate goal of training and promoting you into a General Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Shadow and assist department heads across various divisions including operations, sales, procurement, marketing, finance, and customer service.

- Collaborate with teams to develop strategies for enhancing productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and decision-making processes.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.

- Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and projects aimed at driving business growth.

- Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Provide support to the General Manager and other senior executives as needed.

- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organisation.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in a related role or industry is a plus, but not required.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or currently pursuing). This is by no means a requirement but may be seen as an advantage.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrator Assistant will be assisted by the Office Manager and General Manager and full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all daily administrative duties within the Blanchardstown based office. Main duties will include:

• Sending invoices,

• Reconciling payments,

• Facilitating and organising customer orders and queries,

• Recording purchase orders.

The working week is Monday to Friday, 4-5 hours per day (9:30am- 2:30pm approx)

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Gmail. A desire to be a part of a growing, ambitious and passionate business with an interest in healthy living and Workplace Wellbeing will be a plus.

Assistant Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an organised, hardworking individual to assist in the managing of our HQ in Blanchardstown.

The Assistant Warehouse Manager will have a responsibility to assist the Manager in all operations on site at NudieFoods. Duties will include but are not exclusive to:

Overseeing the preparation of all orders before they are shipped.

Managing a team of Packers.

Communicating / Collaborating with Warehouse Manager, Office Manager and Drivers.

Overseeing all on site operations.

Stock Control.

Cleaning.

This is a full time, permanent position with hours designed to suit the successful candidate. (Sunday - Thursday)

Delivery Drivers

We are looking for committed, hardworking drivers who are quite flexible and willing to learn the way our delivery business operates.

Each route stays the same from week to week and drivers will be trained in on their route before going out on their own.

We have shifts available Monday-Friday and have positions available for people looking to work 1, 2 , 3 or 4 days per week.

We are looking for Early Birds. Shifts begin between 3-6am, delivery drivers meet at our Blanchardstown depot, collect van and begin mulridrop deliveries in Dublin. The day finishes between 9:30am-11am.

Experience is not essential but may be an advantage.
